FAQ

How can I book?

You can book online or through our telephone number during shop opening hours. Reservation is mandatory because we open by appointment only!

How long does it last?

From the booking time, the group passes about an hour and a half before the end. There are 15 minutes of welcome, an hour of play and about ten minutes for the final part.

Is it possible to take photos inside the room?

Telephones, cameras and video cameras are not allowed in the rooms. The introduction into the gaming rooms of tools suitable for taking photos or videos will result in the immediate suspension of the game session and the fee will in any case be due in full. At the end of the game however, if you would like to have a memory of your experience, we will take one for your group which you will then find on our social channels!


Can I change the number of participants?

Certainly. The number can vary without problems from the initial booking, remaining within the limits indicated for the chosen scenario.

Can I cancel a booking?

The reservation can be canceled by email or telephone, as soon as possible and at least 6 hours in advance. In the event that you do not show up or are more than 5 minutes late, there will be no refund. But if for any unforeseen event you are unable to participate, you will have the possibility to change the date or time of your reservation.

What if I'm scared?

In case of panic or for any emergency reason, it is possible to leave immediately, however those suffering from claustrophobia are required to report this to the staff before starting to play. During the entire game session you will then be constantly monitored with a video surveillance system so that the Staff can intervene for any eventuality.

How many people can play per room?

Each scenario can accommodate from 2 to 8 players maximum. In some rooms, the entrances will be smaller due to the reduced size and the feasibility of the game. If you want to play with a group of up to 21 people, you can book multiple rooms with the same entry time and play a Challenge Mode.

Is there an age limit?

The game is intended for an adult age group. Participants under the age of 18 will require a parent or legal guardian to sign an authorization to participate. Children under 14 can only enter if accompanied by an adult or our actor.

Can I break everything?

Absolutely no. Players are requested to play responsibly so as not to cause damage to scenery and objects. The solution of the puzzles present in the game never involves the use of physical force. Furthermore, if objects are damaged, the amount of the damage caused will be charged to you.
